Refund policy

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

30 Days Returns for refund

If 30 days have gone by since your date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will send the instruction/tutorial video online, so we don't accept the request for a refund because of missing paper instructions. We also don't accept refund the handsewn fees if the bag has started to make.
  2. Request return by emailing service@cucubird.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
  3. We don't use return shipping labels right now. To assure your refund please use trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.

Returns shipping cost (if applicable)

We don't cover return shipping fees, you need to pay for shipping.

Refunds method (if applicable)

Credit card refund: the refund will be made within 7 working days after receiving the returned item. The time necessary to display the refund on the account may vary on the credit card issuing bank. We suggest contacting your bank for any further information.

PayPal refund: the amount will be refunded within 2-3 days after receiving the returned product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please write to us at service@cucubird.com.

Items purchased at discount (if applicable)

Both regular-priced items and sales made under discounts may be refunded.

Handsewn/pre-made items (if applicable)

The handsewn/pre-made items may not be refunded. We also don't accept refund the handsewn fees if the bag has started to make.
